Bria Teams Tips: Online meetings from anywhere, anytime

Bria Teams Web Client on MacWhile the initial point of Bria Teams is keeping your team connected, did you know that Bria Teams Pro lets you connect with users outside of your team using HD voice and video collaboration tools?

That’s right! With every Bria Teams Pro subscription, users have access to a dedicated virtual meeting room to initiate calls (or meetings) with anyone, anywhere using our newly designed web client. There are no downloads or plug-ins needed for the people you call, just access to an Internet connection and a web browser.

Plus, it’s not just for 1:1 calls – connect and collaborate with up to 200 participants in an audio or video conference call, and even share your screen – it all comes standard with the Bria Teams Pro package.

How do you get a conference session started? Follow these simple steps:

  1. Log in to your Bria Teams app
  2. Click on the Conference icon to start a conference
  3. Invite participants by sending a meeting link – you can copy it and paste it into a message or email it from the Conference window

For people attending your call, they will see the following screen when they click your link and can choose to join via web browser. There are also some neat features within the web client itself, like the ability to see and chat with the meeting host or other participants, or lock panels to the browser window.
